Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day audition period for each “Calabrine” branded item we have for sale. In the event you need to return an item for replacement or refund, please contact support [AT] calabrine [DOT] com.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any order cancellations via email to support [AT] calabrine [DOT] com.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address used with the order. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please also provide contact information so that we may contact you in regard to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Security and Privacy

  • We support 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption with an authorized SSL certificate for our private site. This means any ordering performed on the site is encrypted, meaning that even if your information is intercepted by a 3rd party, they cannot decrypt the information without knowledge of several personalized decryption keys.
  • We do not insert credit card information into our internal database. While our site is routinely checked for security, we still prefer to protect our customers in the event of a catastrophy. Credit information is only transmitted to our merchant account system via Authorize.net. This information is also encrypted.
  • The employees at Calabrine respect the Internet – it has enabled us to bring our products to a wider market than if we remained a local only manufacturer. With that in mind, we’re not going to spam you, or sell your information to anyone. We’re annoyed with spam just as much as we’re sure you are.
